Healing Church Hurt

A hot button topic in church culture today is church hurt. It is a justification for why many are leaving the church and for why ministers are leaving ministry altogether. Church hurt stings more than so many other hurts because of the love and safety that is naturally expected to come from the bride of Christ. What if, instead of running, we chose to face that hurt head on? What if we chose healing and redemption instead of walking away? Sometimes we have no choice, but other times God just might be creating a way for us to experience Him in a way that we never have before.
