To have longevity in Student Ministry, you have to be focused on more than just the latest trends & Gen Z phrases. You have to be focused on taking care of your own spiritual health. The overall health of the ministry is a direct reflection of the minister's own wellness, emphasizing the importance of nurturing first the personal relationship with Jesus and His Kingdom.
